Welcome
It’s great to have you join us this morning. A special welcome to you if you are new here. We hope you’ll stay around after the service and say hi.
Kia tau te rangimarie,
Carolyn.
Today’s Service
In the run up to Easter we take a break from the Book of Luke and move to the Book of John.
This weeks passage looks at the themes of light and darkness, and we can see that it is not about how much God loved the world but in what way God loved the world.
"Just as the Israelites were paradoxically required to look upon the very thing that brought death in order to receive life, so we are asked to look upon Jesus’ “lifting up” in humiliating crucifixion and receive it as part of God’s plan to glorify Jesus and save the world." Lance Pape
John 3:14-21
Philippians 2:6-8

Church Camp
What a fantastic weekend so many of us were able to enjoy last week at camp. It was great to get to know new people and have time to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you so much to all those who helped out, preparing and serving food, putting up the marquee, running events, cleaning and so much more. We really appreciate all you did.
We are collecting photos taken at camp and will publish a special notice documenting the weekend soon. If you have any images you are happy to share please upload them here.
One Day Health - Christmas Appeal Update
With the help of donations from the All Saints Christmas appeal, a new health centre has now been opened in Uganda. A huge thank you to everyone who was able to contribute.
